These terms and conditions are written to inform you of your rights when purchasing through store.shimlar.com (hereby known as “the store”) which is a trading domain of Shimlar Ltd (Company Number 10263336).
Before ordering through this store, you must read these terms and conditions and upon making an order – you are agreeing to the details set out below.
By purchasing through the store, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract between yourself and Shimlar Ltd. The contract must be adhered to and as such the following terms must not be broken:
1) Returns and refunds
An electronic or virtual product cannot be returned and as such cannot be refunded. Refunds will only ever be accepted as a process when Shimlar Ltd has agreed to refund you for your product due to unforeseen circumstances and must be arranged between yourself and Shimlar Ltd only.
Users of Shimlar that have paid for an electronic service by way of monetary exchange, may only be entitled to a refund if the service is not completed. This refund must be requested within 14 days of transaction. The refund will be by way of exchange for another service (to be determined between Shimlar LTD. and service user) but only within the above 14 day period. In order to receive this, service user will need to submit a formal request including receipt number, time of transaction and character name to email@example.com. No other form of request will be accepted.
Refunds cannot be requested if the round prematurely ends due to no fault of staff/software at Shimlar LTD. Refunds will not be accepted from the previous round. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to process.
2) Game rules must be adhered to
If you are found to be breaking any of the rules in which shimlar.com enforces and you have recently made a purchase for a virtual product then a refund will not be possible.
If your in-game character has been banned you will not be eligible for a refund.
3) Third party refunds
Upon completing a transaction through the store, you agree that you will not arrange a refund or chargeback through a third party payment provider such as PayPal, Stripe or BACS.
As stated in section 1, refunds must be arranged between yourself and Shimlar Ltd.
4) Accepting these terms and conditions
As mentioned above, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. By arranging a refund through a payment gateway (i.e a chargeback or PayPal refund) illicitly these terms and conditions will be used as evidence to revoke your claim.
